Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

METRAWEN ("we", "us") builds AI employees, AI departments, bots and websites for businesses. This policy covers the website metrawen.com (including its Russian version), our demos, and our communication with prospective and existing clients. For any privacy question, write to support@metrawen.com.

2. Data we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a session, send an inquiry or write to us: name, email address, phone or messenger handle, company name and website, and whatever you include in your message.
• Usage data. Through Google Analytics 4 we receive pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, referring page and similar technical data. Your IP address is used to derive approximate location and is not stored by us in a way that identifies you.
• Business contact data. For business-to-business outreach we may use professional contact details (business name, work email, business phone or messenger, website) that companies publish about themselves on their websites, in business directories or on maps. We use this only to offer relevant services to that business.
• Demo inputs. Text you type into demo chats or calculators on this site is processed to produce a response. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into demos.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver services: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it: our legitimate interest (and your consent where cookies require it).
• To contact businesses about services that may be relevant to them: our legitimate interest in B2B marketing, or consent where local law requires it. Every message contains a simple way to opt out, and we stop contacting you as soon as you ask.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, under appropriate terms: website hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), email and workspace tools, CRM and note-taking tools, and messaging platforms you choose to contact us through (for example Telegram, WhatsApp or LINE). We may also disclose data when required by law.

5. International transfers

Our providers operate in several countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without them.

7. How long we keep data

Inquiry and client correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 3 years), unless the law requires longer. Business contact data used for outreach is deleted on request and otherwise reviewed regularly. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings (up to 14 months).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, Thailand under the PDPA, California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent, receive a copy in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@metrawen.com and we will respond within 30 days. To stop receiving our messages, reply "unsubscribe" or use the link in the email.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive data by email or in forms.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
