1. About these terms

By using metrawen.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by METRAWEN ("we", "us"). Contact: info@metrawen.com.

2. What the site is

The site presents our services: AI employees and AI departments, digital packaging, bots, websites and dashboards. Descriptions, demos, examples and calculators are illustrative. Prices and estimates shown on the site (including the price calculator) are indicative and are not an offer. A binding price, scope and timeline are set only in a written proposal or agreement that both sides confirm.

3. Our services

Each project is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal, which prevails over these terms where they differ. It normally covers scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment, client responsibilities (such as providing access, content and approvals), and ownership of the finished work.

4. AI output

AI systems can make mistakes. Results shown in demos and produced by AI employees should be reviewed by a person where the outcome matters (for example legal, medical, financial or safety decisions). We agree with each client on how the system is tested and supervised, but we do not guarantee that AI output will always be accurate, complete or uninterrupted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or demos: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to them, no automated scraping that harms the service, no submission of unlawful, abusive or infringing content, and no entering of other people's personal data without a right to do so.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, code and the METRAWEN name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but may not copy or reuse its materials commercially without written permission. Ownership of deliverables for a client is defined in the project agreement.

7. Third-party services

Our work often relies on third-party platforms (for example Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE, Google, Notion and AI model providers). Their availability, rules and pricing are outside our control, and use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site and demos are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or data arising from use of the site or demos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability under a project agreement is governed by that agreement.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply at the place where METRAWEN is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or business protections in your country of residence are not affected.
